Register with your Kroger Plus Card with the Community Rewards Program to benefit our organization at no extra cost to you! It's easy...just shop, swipe your Kroger Plus Card and earn!

The Kroger Company is committed to helping our community grow and proser by generously giving up to $5,000,000 to non-profit organizations this year as part of its Community Rewards Program.

The ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter is one of the registered organizations that has an opportunity to receive some of these designated funds. Please consider registering your Rewards Card with the program, designating the Chapter as your charity of choice.

How to Register to Support The ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter
with the Kroger Community Rewards Program:

TO USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:

Have your Kroger Plus Card handy. If you do not have a Kroger Plus card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
Go online to krogercommunityrewards.com
Click on Sign In/Register (if you are a new online customer, click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.)
Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
Check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
Update or confirm your information.
Enter NPO number or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm (Dayton and Cincinnati: 68492 and Columbus: 84329)
10. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.

To register by phone, call 800-576-4377 and select option 3. They will give you Kroger Plus card number.

HOW IT WORKS: When shopping, swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to your registered Kroger Plus card.
